Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Parker Worth, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are available for our digital products and services.

Digital Courses and Training Programs

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital courses and training programs, including Email 365 and the Digital Storytelling Masterclass. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

Coaching and Consulting Services

For one-on-one coaching sessions and strategy consultations: if you are not satisfied after the first session, we will provide a full refund of the remaining unused sessions. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered completed.

Done-For-You Services

Custom done-for-you email marketing services are subject to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement signed before work begins. Generally, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, which is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the agreed-upon deliverables. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon work, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Please include your full name, order number, email address used at purchase, and the reason for your refund request (optional). We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within one business day and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and access to purchased products.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of: account sharing or unauthorized distribution of course materials; violation of our Terms of Service; or requests made after the applicable refund period has expired.
